Supervised by: Route Foreman
Communicates with EAI Drivers to assist with problem resolution for residential and commercial lines of business. Ensures company production and utilization goals are achieved monthly. Manages incoming service orders, directs drivers, and resolves service issues. Interacts with EAI customers. Coordinates with the EAI customer service department, sales personnel, and operational staff (i.e. Route Foreman, Mechanics etc.). Uses EAI Routing software and GPS to track daily activity
- Minimum 3-5 years prior experience in heavy commercial truck dispatching, preferably in waste industry and in the same local graphical area is strongly preferred. Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations. Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks in a fast pace environment. Ability to answer customer questions and set reasonable delivery expectations. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via email, telephone, and 2-way service
